International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Turnaround Time (TAT):

  • We typically dispatch orders within 48-72 hours of receiving them.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Domestic: 3-12 working days
    • International: 3-12 working days (approximate, varies by location)
    • Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Additional Considerations for Production:

For custom or made-to-order items, production time can range from 15-20 days depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.

Domestic Orders:

  • Shipping Charges: No free shipping unless otherwise stated during a special offer. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed on the website or communicated to you during checkout.
  • Delivery Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (IST) on business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Holidays: We strive to ship during holidays, but cannot guarantee delivery.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional charge; free shipping does not apply.

International Orders:

  • Shipping Charges: Additional charges apply and vary based on the destination country and service provider.
  • Shipping Partners: We utilize DHL, FedEx, TNT, DTDC, ICL, First Flight, Professional Couriers, etc.
  • Customs Duty: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are not included in the product price.

  • Liability: Love Shine Collections is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or errors by the shipping provider. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect shipping information.
